Ellie Diaz, the founder of CasaGlow MedSpa brings an expertise culled not only from top beauty academies, but also from an international background which afforded her firsthand contact with some of the top beauty-conscious centers in the world.
With roots in both Europe and South America—“I’m proud I was born to a Brazilian mother and Spanish father, and I feel I’ve obtained wisdom from both of them”—Ellie credits her upbringing in Spain for honing her European sensibility. After attended the prestigious Jean d’Estrees Beauty Academy, a French academy based in Madrid, Ellie spent her young career first operating a Madrid spa specializing in “hands on” treatments, and then expanding her reach in the aesthetic and fashion industry with established brands in Singapore, Dubai, Italy, and London …”places where beauty and elegance hold great importance.”
In 2013, Ellie moved to New York, a place where beauty and fashion are paramount. She bolstered her business acumen by attending Baruch College, and expanded her aesthetic knowledge with coursework at the Aveda Institute. “After five years of study,” she says, “I was ready to get back to my career in beauty and pursue this passion.”
Though she has equipped herself with the best possible education, Ellie considers her zeal and dedication to her craft to be the most important aspect of her mission: “My priority is to provide a premium quality experience that allows people to feel good about themselves…my plan is to welcome patients as the king and queen of my practice. I always treat others the way I like to be treated.”
Born and raised in Goias, Brazil, Josyane’s deep love for helping others led her to an illustrious career in nursing. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University, she has spent the last 15 years working in various healthcare positions, including caring for the elderly in a nursing home, a hospital-based nurse at the prestigious Danbury Hospital, and lead nurse at an Orthopedic Surgical Center. Her vast nursing experience covers everything from cardiology to post-surgery and the ICU during COVID to the OR.
Her love for bringing out beauty and confidence in others ultimately led her to aesthetics, where she specializes in facial harmonization. She is a master injector and skincare expert with continued education in Non-Surgical Nose Job and lip fillers with Dr. Luisa Brum and additional aesthetics certificates from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and the National Laser Institute.

Hannah trained at the esteemed Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics, where she graduated with Honors, instilling a deep understanding of the art and science of skincare. Hannah’s diverse background in the arts and real estate has seamlessly merged with her unwavering passion for skin. With over 5 years of Massage Therapy experience, Irais holds a certification in Massage Therapy from Fortis Institute. Since the beginning, she has always had a deep passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness. “I understand the importance of feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin.” Most recently, Irais graduated top of her class with a Digital Marketing Certificate. She has an innate capacity for leadership, as evidenced by her successful management of a dynamic digital marketing team during her academic pursuits. Prior to joining CasaGlow, Irais distinguished herself by training and mentoring onboarding trainees at a reputable physical therapy clinic. Her devotion to improving the lives of others through beauty and wellness has been a constant driving force throughout her career.

Born and raised in Minas Gerais, Brazil, and since she was young, Cida has had a love affair with fashion and beauty. She started her journey as a permanent makeup artist in São Paulo, Brazil, studying micropigmentation at Natalia Beauty, one of Brazil’s professional microblading academies, where she completed four courses including eyebrow design, nano blading and lip micropigmentation. She continued her studies in New York at Phibrows Academy, Swiss Color for Microblading Artist, and Bioevolution. This is her paixão and bringing out the beauty that people already possess is so rewarding. seeing their smile after every procedure and seeing how it can improve people’s self esteem and confidence makes her happy.
Alex, a dedicated professional born and raised in New York. Gaining knowledge from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) with an engineering background, he brings a unique problem-solving perspective to his work at CasaGlow MedSpa. Having over 5 years of customer service expertise, Alex has experience making every guest feel truly at home.

With roots in California and an education from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Lindy seamlessly merges her love for creativity and business acumen. Registered nurse and soon to be family nurse practitioner, Gabriella has always had a passion for aesthetics and went into the field to provide safe, quality non-surgical care. Throughout her medical career, she has worked in multiple roles across different specialties, developing a strong background in plastic surgery and dermatology. After graduating as valedictorian of her nursing class at Long Island University, she started her career as a cosmetic nurse and has been committed to developing her craft ever since. Specializing in laser services, body treatments and injectables, Gabriella has a natural touch, and strives to bring out one’s beauty from within. She takes on a deeply personalized approach to patient-care, developing individualized treatment plans and setting realistic patient goals. Artem Pashukyants, MS, FNP-BC completed his graduate degree at PACE University and board certified with ANCC. Artem specializes in aesthetic medicine using neurotoxin type A and dermal fillers as part of preventative skin care for fine rhytides and deep wrinkles as well as full facial rejuvenation, and contouring due to aging or simple enhancement.
Artem has had over a decade of clinical experience working in some of the most prestigious hospitals in NYC including Mount Sinai and New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell. He continues to practice in treating patients with complex Hematologic and Oncologic conditions at NYP Brooklyn Methodist.
One of the highlights of Artem’s career is his experience in Dermatology where he became highly proficient in providing targeted treatment therapies for various conditions affecting skin health e.g, hair loss, acne, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, wound care and full body skin exams as well as aesthetic medicine. This experience also enabled him to provide patient specific pharmaceutical grade skin care products
In addition to that, Artem possesses certifications from reputable advanced cosmetic injectable courses such as Empire Medical and AAFE by having completed provider oriented Toxin and Dermal filler workshops.
Dr. Lizeth Diaz Ledesma, a seasoned physician with over two decades of expertise since graduating from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru, brings a wealth of experience in Internal Medicine, spanning diverse realms such as Public Health, Occupational Medicine, and Acute Inpatient Care. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Ledesma has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Her passion in Aesthetic Medicine and Wellness prompted Dr. Ledesma to undergo specialized training in various cosmetic procedures. Proficient in the injection of Botulinum Toxin for cosmetic purposes, Fillers, as well as Laser and IPL treatments, Dr. Ledesma has leveraged this knowledge to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, contributing to the management and success of their practices.
Recent experiences have ignited Dr. Ledesma’s desire for tackling obesity as a medical condition, recognizing its role as a root cause of multiple health issues. Motivated by a personal tragedy, Dr. Ledesma has delved into the field of Medical Marijuana, incorporating this expertise into their virtual practice.
