CasaGlow did not begin as a consulting concept created in a conference room. It began as a real medical spa in New York City—built from the ground up, operated every day, and shaped through years of firsthand experience in the aesthetic industry.
I'm Ellie, the founder of CasaGlow.
Before opening the practice, I spent years researching the industry, developing the concept, investing in the business, building the brand, hiring a team, establishing systems, attracting patients, managing vendors, and learning every part of operating an aesthetic practice.
CasaGlow MedSpa experienced growth, served real patients, and became a business I was deeply proud of. But behind the beautiful space and successful treatments was the reality that many practice owners understand: operating a medical spa requires much more than clinical expertise.
It requires strong systems, consistent patient follow-up, trained employees, financial discipline, marketing, sales, compliance, technology, leadership, and the ability to manage many moving parts at once.
I experienced those challenges personally.
I learned what worked, what did not work, what cost too much, what created unnecessary pressure, and what practice owners truly need to operate more effectively.
Why did CasaGlow MedSpa close?
I want to be transparent about this because trust begins with honesty.
CasaGlow MedSpa did not close because the vision had no value or because we lacked patients, experience, or potential. The decision involved a combination of financial realities, operational pressures, personal circumstances, and the recognition that the existing business structure was no longer the right model for the future I wanted to build.
Closing the physical practice was a difficult but intentional decision.
It was not the end of CasaGlow.
It was the end of one chapter—and the beginning of a more meaningful one.
A business can provide valuable results and still reach a point where its founder must restructure, reposition, or exit. Choosing to close a business responsibly is not the same as pretending that every decision was perfect. I made mistakes. I faced challenges. I learned difficult lessons.
Those lessons are exactly why CasaGlow Practice Partners exists today.
